Mark is an actuary and business leader with broad experience of all aspects of total rewards. Specialties include reward strategy; mergers and acquisitions; and pension risk and capital management. In eight years as a Total Rewards Consultant specialising in pension plan financial management, Mark delivered results for numerous high profile clients internationally as a Scheme Actuary and corporate adviser. More recently as a Total Rewards Practitioner at RBS, Mark led the reward teams for both RBS’s largest division and its largest non-UK region as well as developing expertise in executive compensation policy, regulatory affairs and corporate governance.
Mark is a specialist in mergers and acquisitions (due diligence and post-deal integration) Mark has been a senior adviser on some of the largest and most high profile deals in financial services (including RBS-NatWest; Santander-Abbey; and RFS Holdings-ABN AMRO).
