Hill is a Senior Responsible Investment (RI) Consultant within Mercer’s global RI team. He has extensive experience advising institutional clients on a range of areas including climate change, sustainable investment strategies and trends, stewardship, impact investing and regulatory developments.

Hill works extensively with LGPS Funds, including RI leaders, across a number of pools. Much of his time is spent helping clients implement the findings of Mercer’s “Investing in a Time of Climate Change” study, whether it be incorporating climate change considerations into the investment strategy, setting decarbonisation targets or reporting against the TCFD framework. More recently he has focused his attention on advising leading investors to set net zero targets using Mercer’s Analytics for Climate Transition (ACT) tool and framework.

Hill is a CFA Charter holder.
