Fiona Frobisher
The Pensions RegulatorHead of Policy
Fiona is Head of Policy at the Pensions Regulator. She works across TPR and with government to shape and support the pensions landscape to drive better outcomes for pension savers. The policy team helps develop the legislative framework and produces Codes of Practice, guidance and policies that help schemes, trustees and employers fulfil their duties.
Fiona joined Opra (the Pension Regulator’s predecessor) in 2002 and has worked in many areas of the organisation including leading case teams and special projects. Her current priorities are protecting savers in the current environment, developing a new DB funding framework, raising standards of administration and setting clear expectations for standards of governance in all pension schemes.
