Jo is head of pensions at Lincolnshire County Council, and has been working there since March 2008. She is responsible for the day-to-day management of the fund. Her role includes overseeing the investments, managing the fund governance, including the Pensions Committee and Pension Board, fund accounting, and the client role for the pensions administration function, delivered through a shared service with West Yorkshire Pension Fund. Lincolnshire Pension Fund is a partner fund within the Border to Coast Pensions Partnership asset pool.

Prior to this, Jo was the investment manager with responsibilities for the internally managed UK equity portfolio and the pension fund accounts. Jo has worked in the investment team since 1999 and before then, in the Council’s accounting and financial system teams since 1989. Jo gained her Investment Management Certificate in 2001.
