Chris is responsible for the management of Schroders Capital’s Real Estate Impact strategy in the UK, where he utilises over 25 years of experience to deliver positive social and impact alongside financial objectives. Prior to joining Schroders in 2022, Chris was CIO at Primary Healthcare Properties Plc, a listed owner of 519 medical centres across the UK with positive social impact. Previously he was fund manager for pan-European real estate at PGIM (Prudential Financial Inc) investing in the main commercial sectors as well as various other mandates investing in residential, self-storage and healthcare. Chris holds a MBA from Warwick Business School and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
