Anne-Laurence Roucher

Anne-Laurence has been Deputy CEO since 2015. She was a part of the creation of Mirova.
She began her career in 1999 with a one-year assignment as a Project Manager in a social enterprise whose aim was to provide supported employment to people with barriers to work. In 2000, she joined the management consulting firm AT Kearney as a Business Analyst and then as a Senior Associate in the Financial Institutions practice, working on a wide array of strategy, development and restructuring projects for asset managers, insurers, private equity firms, retail and corporate banks. Then in 2005, Anne-Laurence Roucher started at Natixis Strategy Department as a Project Manager, before joining Natixis AM in 2007 as Head of Strategic Planning.
Anne-Laurence Roucher graduated from the French business school ESCP (Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris).
