Clarisse is an investment professional and responsible investment/governance specialist with executive and non-executive experience. She has worked for asset owners, fund managers and social enterprises across Europe and the Americas and is passionate about ventures that meaningfully combine profitability and sustainability at both the company and market level.
She is the Portfolio Manager at Local Pensions Partnership’s (LPP) Investment Strategy, which advises trustees on asset allocation, and has oversight of asset classes and responsible investment/climate risk. She is a member of the Board of Trustees at Bootstrap Company and Cambridge House and an officer at the Young Pension Trustee network. She is also the academic advisor for the CFA’s ESG Investing certification.
Previously, Clarisse led the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL)’s initiative with global asset owners and managers to develop tools and standards for responsible investment. Prior to that she worked for French investment firms and was an auditor for multinationals in Latam.
She holds a joint MBA-MSc with focus on corporate sustainability from HEC Paris / FGV and a Bachelor of Economics and Political Science from Swarthmore College. She also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) designations.
